Undhiyu is a very traditional Gujarati mix vegetable curry, bursting with flavours, made during festival or special occasion like weddings, engagements, birthdays, etc. This dish is not complete without methi (fenugreek leaves) muthia. Muthia is like fried crispy pakoda. It Is prepared majorly with the seasonal fresh produce that the winters in India bring along. You can’t really not try it, as if you do, you’ll miss out on something tasty as well as wholesome.
